You may play available games as a guest or sign in with Google to use supported account features.

Guest progress does not sync across devices. Signing in with the same Google account allows you to access your saved username, scores, and supported progress across devices.

Each account uses one username across our games and chat. Each game maintains its own scores and leaderboard.

Protect your Google account and do not impersonate others, share account access, or choose a misleading or abusive username.

Guest games are available subject to applicable law and any game-specific restrictions.

Users under 18 may use account-based game features only where legally permitted and after any required parental or guardian authorization and age checks. A Google account alone does not establish eligibility.

Chat is for users aged 18 or older only. You must complete the required age-check process and must not misrepresent your age or bypass access restrictions.

Do not use Bored Puma for the activities listed below. Image uploads are restricted to authorized administrators. This permission does not allow unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

• Post profanity, hate speech, threats, harassment, or sexually explicit content.
• Share another person’s private information without permission.
• Send spam, scams, malicious links, or unlawful content.
• Impersonate users or administrators.
• Exploit bugs, automate cheating, manipulate scores, or disrupt the service.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.

You remain responsible for content you submit and must have the right to share it. You give Bored Puma permission to store, display, and process that content as necessary to operate and moderate the service.

We may remove content, reject usernames, correct manipulated scores, or suspend accounts for violations, safety concerns, or legal requirements.

Automated filters and moderation cannot guarantee that every inappropriate message will be blocked. Report concerns through available reporting tools or email admin@boredpuma.com. You may use the same address to ask for a moderation decision to be reviewed.

Scores and progress depend on successful saving and synchronization. Network problems, maintenance, or technical faults may interrupt these features.

We may update games, fix errors, or adjust leaderboards. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes affecting saved progress.

Bored Puma branding, original artwork, game code, and website content belong to their respective owners. You may use the games for personal entertainment but may not copy, sell, or redistribute protected material without permission or another lawful basis.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion at admin@boredpuma.com. We may restrict or terminate access when necessary to enforce these terms or comply with applicable law.

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by applicable UAE law, without removing mandatory protections that apply to you under other applicable laws.

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be communicated appropriately, and additional agreement will be requested where required.
