When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, email address, and basic profile information made available through the sign-in process. We do not receive your Google password or access to your Gmail inbox.

We also process your chosen username, account identifier, saved game scores and progress, and account creation date. One username identifies your account across our games and chat.

If you use chat, we store your messages, their timestamps, and reports submitted about content. Authorized administrators may also upload images.

Our hosting and service providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information, and service logs, to deliver and protect the website.

You can play games as a guest without creating a Bored Puma account. Guest progress does not sync across devices. Games may store settings or progress in your browser, and clearing browser data may remove it.

Guest play does not prevent the technical processing needed to deliver the website.

We use information for the purposes listed below. We rely on the legal grounds available under applicable law, including consent where required. Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw it by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

• Authenticate users and maintain their accounts.
• Restore usernames, scores, and supported progress across devices.
• Operate game leaderboards and community features.
• Investigate abuse, moderate content, and protect the service.
• Respond to support and privacy requests.
• Meet applicable legal obligations.

Usernames and scores may appear on public leaderboards. Your username and messages are visible to other people who can access the chat.

Your Google email address is not intended to appear in chat or on leaderboards. Avoid posting private information in messages or using your email address as your username. Other users may copy or capture content you share.

We use Google for sign-in, Supabase for account and application data, and Framer for the website.

We also maintain a restricted Google Sheet containing member account identifiers, usernames, Google email addresses, and joining dates for account administration. Access is limited to authorized personnel.

Providers may process information outside the UAE. Where required, we must apply appropriate safeguards for international transfers. We may also disclose information where legally required or necessary to address fraud, abuse, or threats to safety.

We use browser storage and similar technologies to maintain sessions and game settings. Clearing this storage may sign you out or remove guest progress.

Any optional analytics or advertising technologies require separate disclosure and consent where applicable.

Games offer guest play. Account-based saving for users under 18 is subject to applicable age requirements and any required parental or guardian authorization.

Google sign-in does not establish that these requirements have been satisfied. Where the necessary legal conditions cannot be met, account registration and associated data collection must not proceed.

Chat is restricted to users aged 18 or older and requires an age-check process.

Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided information improperly should contact admin@boredpuma.com.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including account operation, security, dispute handling, and legal obligations.

You can request account deletion by emailing admin@boredpuma.com. We may need to verify account ownership. Requests cover associated records in our primary systems and administrative member list, subject to lawful retention requirements. Backup copies may remain until their scheduled removal.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or a copy of your personal data, and object to certain processing. You may also raise a complaint with the relevant data-protection authority.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no online service is completely secure.

We may update this policy as our service changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice or request consent where required.
